What are the delivery costs and shipping times?
Standard UK Shipping - £4 (Free over £50 spend) - All large letters are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and should arrive within 1-2 days, Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and should arrive within 2-4 days.
European Shipping - £12 - All orders to Europe are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and estimated delivery is 5-7 days, however there can be delays at customs which are outside of our control.
Rest of World Shipping - £18 - All orders are sent via a Tracked or Signed Royal Mail service and estimated delivery is 5-7 days, however there can be delays at customs which are outside of our control.
GSPR (December 13th 2024)
We recently paused shipping to the EU & Northern Ireland due to the new EU GSPR regulation which states products entering the European market need additional safety information & an EU safety representative / responsible person. However, after additional research, products made and intended for sale before December 13th 2024 will only have to comply with the old legislation, and we are now able to continue shipping to those Countries for the time being as all our products were made and intended for sale before the 13th of December 2024.
Are the shirts authentic?
All the kits we place for sale on the website are authentic and checked thoroughly before being made available for sale - If we were ever to make a mistake on the authenticity of a shirt - The buyer would be entitled to a full refund.
What about the condition?
As the vast majority of our shirts are 2nd hand, we aim to show any flaws on the individual listings via photos and the description to give you a clear idea of exactly what you are buying. We are always happy to provide additional photos or information if required via the contact methods shown above.
How should I wash my shirts after I've purchased?
Each shirt is totally different, but football shirts as a whole should be washed with care due to the nature of the materials and attached sponsors / namesets.
Most shirts will be fine to be machine washed, but should be turned inside out and on a low temperature (we wash our shirts on 20 Degrees) Avoid using Fabric Softener and pre treat stains with products such as Vanish.
Other shirts with delicate sponsors, namesets & details may require more care and are best to be handwashed, especially if they already have some wear / damage to particular details - This will avoid further degradation of the shirt.
